We aim to have about 15 Oak & Dagger beers on draft at all times in the Public House.  We will serve any and every style.  We will have 8 mainstays that will be available year round, along with a rotating section of seasonal and cask aged selections.  We also are one of the few breweries in the region that will be utilizing open fermentation, which will be the heart of our Belgian style menus.
